Fleet Claims Administration Limited (Fleet Claims) was formed in 1987 to provide a motor claims handling facility to self insured fleets. Our Clients were amongst the first to self insure their own accidental damage and we were one of the first firms to provide the claims handling service they needed. It is significant that those early Clients are still with us.

From those early days Fleet Claims and the Industry have moved on with the advent of Accident Management Companies, Approved Repairer Networks, Electronic Estimating, Video Imaging, Courtesy Cars, Risk Assessment and Driver Training. Through continuous investment in systems and our own unique professionally developed database we succeed in providing a sophisticated yet user friendly claims handling process for fleets of 500 or more vehicles. Currently, our Client portfolio accounts for 50,000 vehicles and 14,000 claims are handled by our Specialist Claims Team each year.

Our unrivalled reputation is based on a common sense approach to claims handling. Our Staff have the experience to deal with claims situations or problems as they arise. You will find that Fleet Claims are totally flexible in providing what the Client wants, when the Client wants it.
